We begin with one that’s unapologetically bold:
La Diavola
Topped with San Marzano-style tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, spicy salame Calabrese, fresh basil, and a final drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, La Diavola is our ode to bold simplicity. The salame brings subtle heat, the mozzarella cools it, and the basil lifts the whole experience with an herbal brightness.
Fired in our wood-burning oven until the crust blisters at the edges and bubbles in the center, this is Neapolitan pizza in its truest form—minimal, expressive, and alive with flavor.
